This trade site is for UK customers only. Prices are shown in £'s and exclude VAT and delivery, minimum quantities per product apply.
Minimum order £50 +VAT, free shipping for orders over £150 +VAT*. (VAT no. GB487319746)

Printer Johnson does not offer postcode exclusivity but we do map our trade customers and aim to look after our regular stockists interests. We may at our discretion decline new customers based on this data.
*Channel islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm) minimum order £175 includes free shipping.
Delivery
Standard delivery is £9.50 +VAT, free for orders over £150 +VAT.
Orders will usually be processed within 5-10 working days. If there is going to be a delay we will get in touch with an estimated time of arrival.
UK mainland orders are dispatched with APC (24hr) overnight, you will be notified via email when your order is on its way and it should arrive before 4pm the following day. Please provide an email for tracking updates and a phone number to assist the delivery drivers.
*UK Highlands & Islands orders will be sent 2nd Class recorded with Royal Mail and should arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch, a tracking number will be provided.
Please let us know when you place your order if you have any special requirements for delivery.
Damaged goods
Please check the contents of your order on arrival and notify us of any issues as soon as possible and within 72 hours. Occasionally orders can get damaged in transit, if this has happened please take photos of the damages, retain all the packaging and contact us for further details. We will replace any damaged items.
Incorrect contents or 2nds
Please contact us if there is a mistake with your order and we will resend any missing/incorrect items as soon as possible. Occasionally 2nds do slip through out systems please get in touch if you have received a faulty item.
Notes on Risograph Prints
Please expect some variation of layer alignment with our Risograph prints, these imperfections are part of this process. We have done our best to represent colours accurately however fluorescent inks used in some of our Risograph prints do not translate well on screen. Please contact us if you have any questions about our products, we are happy to help.
Refunds and returns
If you are not happy with your order we can offer a refund. Please get in touch within 3 days of delivery and return the goods to us within 14 days. Please email hello@printerjohnson.com with the details of your order, what you would like to return and your feedback.

We do not cover the delivery cost of returned goods. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Once we have received the returned goods we aim to process your refund within 14 days.
